Policies

• Appointments Only - All services are by appointment. Walk-ins are not available.• Booking Fee - Services will require a booking fee of $25 to secure your appointment. Booking Fees are applied toward your service total.• Late Arrivals - Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service.• Cancellation Policy - Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within this window forfeit the booking fee.• No-Show Policy - No-show appointments will forfeit booking fee and require a new booking fee before booking future services. Multiple No-shows will result in the inability to rebook.• Packages with hair included - A deposit of 30% is required for any packages labeled "hair included". Deposit amount is deducted from the service total. If appointment is canceled, $50 restocking fee applies.• Hair Procurement - If you require me to purchase hair for any appointments, the total cost will be added to the service total plus an additional $20 fee.• Extra Detangling Fees - Hair must arrive detangled unless detangling is booked as a service. Excessive detangling or dematting services will result in an additional service charge.• Extra Length/Density Fees - Hair that is very dense and/or long will incur a $25 or $50 fee.• Children & Guests - Due to limited space, please avoid bringing extra guests or children unless being serviced. Children must have an accompanying guardian for the duration of the appointment.• Service Adjustments - If adjustments are needed, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.• Payment Methods - Preferred payment methods: CASH, CASH APP or VENMO
